Welcome to Onesto! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Onesto. Onesto operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services to provide you, the customer, with a customized shopping experience (the “Services”). Onesto is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. Onesto reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is only deemed accepted once it has been confirmed by Onesto. Acceptance of your order is conditional upon receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Onesto may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
Returns or exchanges are subject exclusively to our return policy [LINK].
You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, service marks, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, and their design, selection, and arrangement, are the property of Onesto, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent. You may be provided with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or conditions. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion. You should review the terms of the third-party providers.
New features or services introduced in the future shall also be subject to these Terms.

Onesto is powered by Shopify, but all transactions are directly between you and Onesto. Shopify is not responsible for any aspects of transactions between you and Onesto. You release Shopify from any liability related to your purchases.
